The Bahamas at 40:  Reflecting on the Past, Envisioning the Future

The College of The Bahamas and The School of Social Sciences has announced a conference recognizing 40 years of Bahamian independence for June 12-14, 2013.  The aim of the conference is to examine the context and construction of the Bahamian nation; investigate the challenges in post-independence; and discuss social, cultural, political and economic issues emerged since 1973, among others.

To attend the conference, there are the following options to choose from:

     Early Registration on or before April 15, 2013, $250

     Regular Registration begins April 6, 2013, $300
