Melissa Selver-Rolle joined the Law Chambers of Gibson, Rigby & Co. in May 2006, and her principle areas of practice are grounded in civil litigation and residential and commercial real estate and mortgages, providing services to local and international clients. She also acts extensively for a number of leading local commercial banks on a wide range of real estate matters and debt recovery matters.
She has appeared as Counsel in varying civil actions before all forums sitting within The Bahamas. In particular, she has litigated and appeared in the Magistrate's Court and the Supreme Court.
Other Experience: Estate Planning and Probate has formed a part of Melissa's practice. She has prepared applications for probate, letters of administration and resealing of foreign grants with the Probate Registry. She also has experience in the preparation and execution of wills and codicils.
