Director/Vice President, Operations (Co-Owner) - Coordinate finance, marketing & sales, training effort. Prepare monthly financial statements. Supervise office staff and flight instructors. Ensure proper regulatory compliance - operations, training program, and aircraft maintenance. Evaluate student progress and providing direction as they advance through the flight training program.

Portfolio Manager (1997 — 2001) – Reports to President. Management of In-house U.S. Equity portfolio (approximately $330M). Assist in the management of the U.S. Fixed Income portfolio. Evaluate & monitor external investment managers — both current and prospective. Research & evaluate investment alternatives within changing economic and capital market environments. Preparation of monthly performance reports including compilation of Executive Summary. Approve wire transfers and other cash & treasury transactions. Investment Analyst (1995 — 1997) – Reports to Vice-President, Investments. Assist in the management of the U.S. and Foreign Pension Fund assets — stocks, bonds, and cash. Assist in the management of the Corporate Portfolio — bonds, notes, cash and repurchase agreements. Review and release all outgoing cash transactions/transfers. Recommend changes in asset allocation/sub-asset classes. Execute & monitor trading activity for the various portfolios. Preparation of various investment committee reports.
Sr. Administrative Assistant (1993 – 1995) – Reports to Director, Cash & Banking. Direct responsibility for all functions as Administrative Assistant.
Administrative Assistant (1992 — 1993) - Placement of short and long-term deposits for Corporate Treasury and Pension portfolios with banks offering attractive overnight investment rates ($65 - $350M). Execute wire transfer of funds for Corporate accounts. Reconciliation of bank and custody accounts. Provide accounting department with journals and bank balances. Ensure the timely and accurate receipt of coupon payments and proceeds of security maturities held in Corporate and Pension accounts. Submittal of delivery/acceptance instructions to custodian for security purchases and sales and ensure proper settlement. Execute external and internal repurchase agreements. Evaluate and monitor current trends in the money markets. Evaluate and review for implementation, all money market alternatives that adhere to the overall strategic objective.
