Vice President Candidate - Kenneth Lightbourne

Kenneth L. Lightbourne III is an Associate at Graham Thompson & Company specializing in Civil Litigation since September 2005. Prior to his full employment with Graham Thompson, Kenneth worked as a Law Intern in the summer of 2003 in the Litigation, Trust & Conveyance Departments under prominentindividuals such as Michael Barnett, Senator, The Honourable Claire Hepburn and Sean McWeeney.

Mr. Lightbourne has had experience in both commercial and offshore Banks at Scotiabank (Bahamas) Ltd., Salomon Smith Barney in New York, as an Investment Banking Intern and Lloyds Bank (Bahamas) Ltd. as Accounting Intern.

Kenneth attended The College of The Bahamas, Morehouse College, and the University of Buckingham School of Lawwhere he received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance, Bachelor of Law with Honors and Master of Laws Degree in International & Commercial Law - World Trade Specialist.

Kenneth has received many honours and made many accomplishments. He was on the Dean's List at Morehouse College, inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa (The Highest Honour achieved by an individual in American Universities and Colleges), Beta Gamma Sigma, and Golden Key Honour Society (The Highest Honour achieved by an individual in Business), a Salomon Smith Barney Scholarship Recipient, Top-Ranking Freshman of the Year 1999, Head Boy of St. John's - 1996 and First National Key Club Speech Prize Winner, 1996 (The Bahamas, Our Pride & Joy).

Kenneth is a presently a member of the Health Professions Counsel where he serves as Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee and a member of the Board of Directors at the Bahamas Humane Society. He is also a member of the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn and a former member of the University of Buckingham Law School Quality Assessment Assurance Representative, University of Buckingham Law School Representative, Vice President, University of Buckingham Law Society and Public Relations Officer of the Bahamian Society.
